Announcements Flyer
Folders today contain the following items for each family (unless noted otherwise):
1. Scrip order Form for your convenience.
2. Registration for the 2021-2022 school year. This year it is a little different online as the billing will come through FACTS instead of parish office quickbooks. As you go through the process you will at some point be directed to the billing side to fill out your choices as to how to pay and whether tuition will be billed monthly, semi-annual or annual. There is a payment preference form in the folder but you do not need to return that since it will be part of your account.
**Returning students will be able to go to the Registration Portal on February 19. The portal for New Student Registration will open on March 8. **
3. Lent Activities flyer. Please note that each week students will be participating in various activities at school and also collecting items to give as almsgiving during lent. Families are welcome each Friday to join the students praying the Stations of the Cross over at church.
4. Penny War Flyer. During weeks 2, 3 and 4 each class will be competing to win a movie and popcorn party. See flyer for details on how this works. Money will be donated to the Women's Care Center. During week 3 we will also collect items for the Care Center as well. A list will be coming home next week as to what they maybe looking for.
5. Sign-up to Pray and Witness this Lent: From February 17th through March 28th, 2021, you’re invited to join other Christians for 40 Days for Life – 40 days of prayer and fasting for an end to abortion. You’re also invited to stand and peacefully pray during a 40-day vigil in the public right-of-way outside the east side Planned Parenthood abortion facility (3706 Orin Road Madison, WI 53704) and to help spread the word about this important community outreach. If you’d like more information – and especially if you’d like to volunteer to help, please contact Gwen Finnegan (608-393-8545, info@vigilforlife.org) or Laura Karlen (608-445-2064, ljkarlen@hotmail.com) or visit www.vigilforlife.org/calendar. St. Peter Parish has a parish block every Saturday from 9:00-11:00 a.m., and we need help filling these hours! Contact Vern Acker at (608-225-9301 or vernackerrealtor@gmail.com) if you can take an hour!
6. March Lunch Menu. This is a quick turnaround as March will be here before you know it. Please fill out and send back or take a picture and send to the office. Looking to get them back by February 20.
